How we deliver Coordination and Communication

We use a digital system – SmartSheet to create and share project plans with our customers, ensuring complete transparency. We maintain open communication through weekly updates, site visit reports, and regular progress reports. For the final handover, we provide all essential documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

Case Study: Around-the-Clock Commissioning

When we were tasked with installing Festo gantry systems in the US for an electronics manufacturer, the project had an extremely tight deadline and budget. To ensure we delivered on time, we had an engineer working on-site in the US and a second engineer working remotely from Europe. This allowed us to work almost 24 hours a day to complete the project successfully.
